Ingredients
4 Tbsp Sesame Oil1 Medium White Onion, chopped4 Cloves Garlic, minced1 cup Carrots. chopped1 cup Frozen Peas3 Eggs6 cups White Rice, cooked12 oz Shrimp, cooked, deveined, tails removed6 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
Directions
Heat sesame oil in wok or large skillet. Add onion, garlic, carrots and peas cook until vegetables are tender.

Push vegetables aside and scramble eggs in the center of the pan. Stir eggs into vegetables.

Add rice and shrimp, cook until heated through. Add soy sauce and remove from the heat and serve.
