1 whole eggspagetti noodles (~130g)butter (unsalted; you need a good dollop or else the noodles won't crisp as nicely) salt
melt butter on small skillet, add noodles and a pinch of salt. stir around until noodles start to crisp up.
add egg and stir into noodles vigorously. Then leave it alone to set. Flip and let it set on the other side so that both sides are browning (time depends on heat, skillet, etc).
