Fritata: Squash, bell pepper, tomato

Ingredients
2 eggs2 egg whites1/3 yellow bell pepper1 summer squash1/3 cup onions8 grape tomatoes1/4 tsp salt1/3 tsp black pepper1 tsp garlic powder4 slices black forest hamOptional:cheesegreek yogurtsalsagreen onions (chives)
Directions
Thinly slice all veggies (except tomatoes). Mix in with eggs. Add spices. Spray a pie dish with non stick spray and pour in the mixture. Top with sliced ham and cut tomatoes.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
