Cinnamon Applesauce Buckwheat Crackers

Buckwheat Flour - 1 cupUnsweetened Applesauce - 3 tblsCinnamon - 1 tspOlive Oil - 1 TblsWater - 1/4 cupSplenda - 3 Tbls
Blend ingredients
spread onto greased cookie sheet until flat, mixture is very sticky you you will want some extra olive oil for your finger tips.
spread as thin as possible to make this a cracker like food. Sprinkle with additional Cinnamon and Splenda
Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit (or until they become less sticky when touched with a knife).
