*Starkist Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water - 5 oz can, 24 oz (remove)Celery, cooked, 1 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)*Cream of Mushroom soup--Kroger - 1 can = 1.25 c, 0.5 cup (remove)Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, .5 cup (remove)Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)*Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup (remove)*Lays Potato Chips, Classic, 3 oz (remove)Egg Noodles, enriched, 16 oz (remove)Yellow Mustard, 4 tsp or 1 packet (remove)*Lea & Perrins The Original Worchester Sauce (1tsp), 2 serving (remove)
In large pan, saute celery and onion in olive oil until tender, add soup, mustard, worchester sause and milk, stirring until blended. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Drain Tuna and add to cheese mixture, bring to almost boil, stirring constantly. Stir in frozen peas and remove from heat.
Cook egg noodles until almost done, drain and stir into cheese/tuna mixture. Pour in casserole dish. Crush potato chips until fine and layer on top of casserole. Cook at 350 degrees until bubbly. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
