Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 bunch cilantro1 cup sour cream2 (7 oz) cans jalapeno salsa2 (7 oz) cans prepared green chile salsa2 cups cooked, shredded chicken1 onion12 flour tortillas2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a blender, puree cilantro, sour cream, jalapeno salsa, and 1/2 can of green chile salsa. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine chicken, onion, and reamaining green chile salsa. mix well. Heat tortillas in microwave. pour enough of sour cream mixture into a 9 x 13 pan to coat the bottom. Place 2 heaping tablespoons of the chicken mixture in each tortilla and roll up and place seam side down int he baking dish. Pour the remaining sour cream mixture over all and top with shredded cheese. cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until dish is heated through and bubbly. 12 servings.
