2 cups Poha1 medium capsicum (chopped in slices)1 medium tomato (chopped)4-5 french beans (chopped)1 medium onion (chopped)10 gms peas1 lemon's juiceSalt- to taste1 string coriander
Boil Capsicum and Beans in an open pan. Meanwhile wash Poha and let it drain. Then put Poha in a bowl and add tomato, onion and peas. Now add Capsicum and Beans in the bowl and sprinkle salt as per your taste. After this add lemon juice. Mix well... garnish with coriander leaves. Now Lemoni Poha is ready.
