-Mixed Tropical Fruit Frozen, 3 cup (remove)-Orange Juice, 1 cup (remove)-1 cup fat free plain yogurt, 2 cup (remove)-Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup (remove)
Directions
put all ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend until mixed.
