Crock pot chicken stirfry

Ingredients
6 chicken filets (thawed) 1 zucchini cut in half and sliced1 summer squash cut and sliced1 red bell pepper diced.5 onion diced1 spear of broccoli diced15 baby carrots sliced.5 cup soy sauce1 tsp garlic.5 tsp celery salt2 bay leavespepper to taste1 cup of water
Directions
I prep the veggies the night before and put them in the soy sauce.

Place chicken in crock pot. Dump just the sauce out of the veggies in. Add garlic, bay leaves, celery salt, and pepper. Cook on low. After 2-4 hours add the veggies (depending how soft you want them.) Cook for 5-6 hours total. Serve over rice.
