Mixer Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
2 cups Skim Milk @105-115 degrees2 packages dry yeast1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar2 tsp. Salt1/3 C. Canola Oil2.5 cups White Flour2.5 -3 cups Whole Wheat Flour1/3 c brown sugar
Directions
Add yeast, 1 T brown sugar to warm milk and let stand for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile place White flour, 2 cups of Whole Wheat flour, salt and 1/3 cup of brown sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer. Using bread hook combine the dry ingredients. Add the yeast mixture and oil gradually on a low speed. Once the ingredients have mixed increase speed and add remaining whole wheat flour as needed until dough clings to hook. Check to see that dough doesn't feel sticky adding more flour as needed.

Place in oiled bowl, turning dough to coat with a light coating of oil on top. Let rise, covered with a damp towel in a warm place for about an hour or until doubled.

Punch down, divide dough in half and place in bread pans. Let rise another hour in a warm place.

Put in a 400 degree oven for 15minutes. Lower heat to 350 and bake for 30 more minutes or until bottom of loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
