Spinach, chickpea, tomato simmer

Ingredients
oniongarlicred chili peppersdried oreganocanned tomatoescanned chick peastomato pastepaprikababy spinachcouscous with broth
Directions
Saute onion, garlic, oregano and chili peppers (1 tsp) in olive oil until onion is soft. Add canned tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes. Add chick peas (drained or not, your preference), paprika and spinach and cook until spinach wilts. Serve over couscous (made with broth). Serves 4.
