Breakfast Egg Sandwhich

Ingredients
1 Whole wheat English muffin7.5 tbsp. liquid egg whites1/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese1 serving (1 slice) Butterball turkey bacon (65% less fat)I slice of tomato
Directions
Toast English muffin if desired. Combine egg whites with shredded cheese and cook until done. Prepare turkey bacon to the crispness level you enjoy and cut in half. Assemble sandwich by placing egg and cheese on bottom slice of muffin, top with slices of turkey bacon and tomato to finish sandwich.
