John's Crock Pot Chicken Stew

Ingredients
Ingredients:Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 25 ounces (remove)Cream of Celery Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz), prepared (remove)Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 2.0 cup (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Fennel seed, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)*(C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp, 3 tsp (remove)
Directions
Dice the chicken into 1 inch or so cubes. Dice the celery, mushrooms and tomato. Place in crock pot. Add the Cream of Celery and Cream of mushroom soups. Add 2 cups of water. Add the minced Garlic and season to taster. Stir all ingredients together and cook on high setting for 4 hours.
