Aunt Laura's Stuffed Pepper Recipe

1 lb lean ground beefSeasoning package of Rice A Roni Spanish Rice3 cups Janes Fresh Tomato Sauce2 cups rice4 cups tomato juice1 large egg1 Tbsp Margoram6 medium green bell peppers
in large bowl mix ground beef, rice, spanish rice seasoning mix (not the Rice a Roni), 2 cups of Tomato sauce,margoram, and the large egg together to form the meat mixture.
In Electric Pressure Cooker with rack in it pour the 3 cups of tomato juice into the pot ling the cooker. Next prepare the green peppers by cutting the tops off and unseeding the inside of each green pepper. wash them well. Then stuff each pepper , lay inside the pressure cooker, pour remaining sauces on top of each pepper.
Set your Cokker for 45 - 55 minutes
If using a crock pot set on low for 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours.
Serving Size: makes 6 stuffed peppers
