Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese, 2%4 eggs1 tablespoon sugar3/4 cup 1% milk1 cup all purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Whisk cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and milk. Stir in flour and baking powder until just incorporated. Cook 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Makes approx 14 pancakes.
