1 box Duncan Hines Carrot Cake Mix1 15oz can Libby's Pumpkin Puree (not pie mix)1/4 cup water2 tbsp Confectioner's Sugar
Line 9 x 13 cake pan with aluminum foil. Spray foil with cooking spray and spread with paper towel to apply a light film inside pan. Mix cake mix, water and puree. Pour into 9 x 13 cake pan Bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees (or until done). Sprinkle confectioner's sugar on top. When cool cut into 20 bars.
