Lemon Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 pkg white cake mix1 pkg (4 serving) Lemon Pudding (fat & sugar free)1 cup water4 egg whites2 Tbsp oil1 pkg powdered sugar (16 oz)1 pkg cream cheese (light) 8oz1/4 cup butter, softened2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven ot 350. Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, egg whites and oil in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Batter will be thick. Beat on medium speed 2 min. Spoon batter evenly into 24 muffin cups.
Bake 21-24 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, beat sugar, cream cheese, butter and juice with electric mixer on low speed unitl well blended. Frost cupcakes.
