Ground Flax Seed Meal, 6 tbsp Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 largeHeavy Whipping Cream, .5 tbsp Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 serving
Mix together dry ingredients. Add cinnamon if desired.
Then mix in eggs, cream, Truvia (or Splenda) and water. Add vanilla extract if desired, or other flavorings.
Cook like regular pancakes.
