Low Carb Flax Flat Bread

Ingredients
Ground Flax Seed Meal, 24 tbsp -- 1 1/2 cupsBaking Powder, 2 tspSalt, 1 tsp*Splenda, 4 tsp Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 largeWater, tap, .5 cup Olive Oil, 4 1tsp
Directions
Preheat over to 350.
Mix together all the dry ingredients. (Instead of Splenda, can use 1.5 teaspoons or 2 packets of Truvia.)
Make a well in the center and add in the wet ingredients.
Spread on greased cookie sheet or -- even better -- on a silicone baking mat.
Bake 15 minutes or until its done.

Serving Size: Makes one cookie-sheet sized piece of flatbread
