Ingredients
2 cup Greek yogurt.8 cup oat flour1 tbsp Xylitol2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt4 eggs1 tsp vanilla extractbutter for frying
Directions
Whisk eggs and vanilla set aside
Combine dry ingredients
Mix Yogurt and dry ingredients till just mixed
Add egg mixture until just combined
Cook
