4 Chicken Thighs (Boneless/Skinless)2 Cups Chinese Sticky Rice cooked2.5 cups Kirkland Frozen Mixed Vegetables2 tbsp Kirkland Mediterranean Blend Oil1 tbsp Sesame Oil1 tsp ground ginger4 tsp garlic powder2 tsp white pepper2 tsp salt2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Cut up raw chicken in to bite sized pieces and season
Cook chicken in two tbsp oil
Add frozen vegetables toss til soft
Add cooked rice blend, toss chicken and vegetables
Add teriyaki sauce and continue to toss & blend
Once well blended, stir in sesame oil
Serve
