creole shrimp and sausage stew

Ingredients
pam butter spray1 large bell green pepper chopped1 med yellow onion chopped2 tsp bottled minced garlic14 ounce package butterball smoked turkey sausage thinly sliced and halved1 1/2 cups chicken stock2 cans (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chillies such as rotel2 (15 oz) cans white kidney beans rinsed and drained16 ounces peeled and deveined raw shrimp2 tbsp dried parsley
Directions
Heat a large skillet over med high heat. Spray generously with pam and add pepper, onion, garlic, and sausage to pan. Saute 3 minutes or untill pepper is tender. Transfer to pot or leave in skilley if big enough. Add broth and tomatoes; bring to boil. Stir in shrimp and beans; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 6 minutes or untill shrimp are done (will be pink in color). sprinkle with parsley and let set 5 minutes. Enjoy
