Texas Beef Stew

Ingredients
2 Pounds beef stew meat cut into 1' pieces1/4 c. of flour1 1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 1/2 c. beef broth1 tsp. worcestershire sauce1 clove garlic (minced)1 bay leaf1 tsp. paprika4 carrots (sliced)3 potatoes (peeled and diced)2 medium onions (chopped)1 celery stalk (sliced)2 tsp. kitchen bouquet (optional)
Directions
Place meat in crockpot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat, then stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Add reamaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours, stirring occassionally.

Serving Size: I usually split into 6 servings give or take
