Life changing bread

Ingredients

1 cup sunflour seeds0.5 cup flax seeds0.5 cup almonds1.5 cups rolled oats2 Tbsp chia seeds3 Tbsp psyllium husk powder1 tsp fine sea salt1 Tbsp maple syrup3 Tbsp melted ghee ( or coconut oil)1.5 cups water
1.combine all dry ingredients
2.whisk maple syrup,water and ghee together
3.add to dry ingredients and mix well until dough becomes thick.
4.put into small greased loaf tin and allow to sit for at least 2 hours or all day or overnight
5. bake in oven at 350F /175C in middle of oven for 20 minutes then remove from pan place upside down on rack and bake for further 30-40 minutes. Bread is done when sounds hollow when tapped. Let cool completly until slicing...difficult but important!
Serving Size: cut loaf into 18 slices
