Maple Syrup Chicken

1- 2 tablespoons olive oil4 boneless, skinless chicken breastssalt and pepper to taste1/2 cup chicken broth1/2 cup sugar free syrup - maple flavor1 tablespoon thyme4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced2 tablespoons cider vinegar2 tablespoons ground mustard
preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt & pepper. Add chicken to pan, saute both sides until browned. Remove chicken from pan. Add broth, maple syrup, thyme and garlic. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently for a couple of minutes. Add vinegar & mustard. Cook another minute.
Place chicken in baking dish, pour sauce over chicken, bake for 30 minutes or until chicken cooked through
