Italian Pork

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil4 cloves garlic2 oz white wine4 lbs boneless Pork4 tsp Italian Seasoningsalt and pepper
Directions
Mix seasonings, olive oil and wine in a ziploc bag. Place 12 portions of pork into the bag, seal and mix. Bake for approx 20-25 minutes in a 350 deg oven.
