1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)1 cup low fat vanilla kefir2 tbsp vanilla protein powder2 tbsp chia seeds1 tbsp raw organic blue agave1 tsp vanilla1 tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew, etc.)
place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or consistency you prefer. Add ice if you want it colder or use frozen fruit.
