CRUST: Spread the sugar cookie dough over a 14-inch pizza pan. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Cool in the pan.

An easier healthier version - for the topping combine cool whip with low fat strawberry yougurt. I'm asked for the recipe everytime I bring it to a party. - 8/2/08

Put crushed pineapple in the cream cheese and leave out the sugar - 7/28/09

I have made this recipe many times. My daughter likes to help "decorate" the pizza with the fruit. I have changed it to individual fruit pizzas by making individual cookies with the dough and topping each one differently. - 4/29/09

I made this using home made graham-flour and splenda sugar cookie dough, fat free cream cheese and apricot all fruit... No one knew it was a healthy choice and it disappeared fast at a church picnic. Especially the children loved it! - 6/13/08

If you want to omit the glaze but want to preserve your fruits that turn brown....squirt a little fresh orange juice over the fruit in a bowl, mix, then place fruit on pizza. - 8/13/09

This is fabulous! I have also used this recipe substituting cookie dough with pizza dough, using cream cheese, pack of ranch dressing, and veggies. - 7/23/09

Ok first of all for all of the bad comments about this recipe. It is not like spark people is telling you to make it every night and eat the entire thing. It is just a recipe that if you chose you could make for a family gather. If you don't like the idea don't make it. - 6/9/08

I love this recipe, i skip the glaze though. I find it funny people are so concerned about 250 calories, most of my "treats" are around 250 calories and its well worth it. Not to mention the serving of fruit that comes with. I agree with the LF Cream Cheese. FF doesn't hold the same consistency. - 4/29/09

Thanks to those who understand that we are all striving for a balanced, healthy lifestyle where nothing has to be off-limits--just limited, learn how to make anything into a healthier version, and learn to be able to say "I have the right to make MY choices, but I do not have the right to make yours - 5/1/08

I love this recipe but I use tinned pineaple as a topping so instead of sugar or water I just use pineapple juice to thin and sweeten the cream cheese and skip the preserves layer. Works great! I also find my cookie mix requires the whole package for a pizza size pan. Tastes better the next day - 7/28/09

substituting plain yougurt for the topping and a sugar free pie crust makes the receipe not only just as delicious but also a 1/3 of the calories...had one at a barbecue once and you would never know it was actually good for you. - 6/9/08

I've made this for years for guests or potlucks. Always a hit! Try fresh peaches, pineapple chunks, & drained mandarin oranges, too. Lots of choices. My glaze had orange marmalade. No heating. I don't think it matters. For those that omitted the glaze, it keeps bananas & peaches from turning brown. - 10/27/08

For those who complain please just keep it to yourself. This does sound like something I would make once in a while. I think I'm going to try to make it this weekend. Everything is good if you take it in moderation. - 6/9/08

I absolutely love this, and have been making it for many years. It is so versatile & has been requested in lieu of a birthday cake on more than one occasion. We also used strawberries & blueberries one year for the 4th of July, making a flag out of it... very beautiful!

I think that being that we are not on "diets", but that we are changing our lifestyles it would be ok to have this every once in awhile. A little variety is good now and again! We shouldn't be so hard on one another! We are all in different places on our journeys! - 6/9/08

I love this recipe and make it often. The kids love it too, they think it's a fun treat, and it's easy for them to make also. Is it the best "diet" recipe? No, but it is a healthy dessert alternative that fits into a healthy lifestyle. - 5/11/09

I have made this for years but never used cookie dough - I use regular pie crust and I use the non-fat creamcheese w/vanilla and just under a 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. It is fantastic and everyones loves it! - 6/9/08

I've had things similar to this and it's great! I am disappointed though of all the negative feedback. Just because you don't want it doesn't mean someone else does. Also, if I'm going to have a desert, I think that under 250 is really good! - 6/9/08

Yummy & so easy to change up according to your needs. We used lo-fat crescent dough, & the kids & adults all loved it. Perfect for a summer get-together, & gets some fruits thrown in there too! - 6/9/08

This was a great hit at Bible study!! We do a pot-luck type dinner every Friday night and I made a 13x9 pan of this. I doubled the recipe and used strawberries, kiwi, and peaches for the fruit on top. It looked BEAUTIFUL when it was all done. I will definitely have to make this again!! - 5/16/09

Unusual and odd, just enjoy it, do not worry about calories. At least you get some fruit servings out of the way. - 6/30/09

I used smuckers sugar free blackberry jam spread over the cream cheese and layered strawberries and blueberrys and it was great. - 7/28/09

I like this alot, this would be really good for get togethers as individual cut out cookies too,,, a little more work but would look great and be individual servings without any cutting or plates and forks,, just pick up a cookie and go,,, a lot better than frosting! - 2/1/09
