Beef Stir Fry with Vegetables with Bow Tie Pasta

Ingredients
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2tbsp Beef, round steak, .cut in strips. 75 lb Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon -2 tbsp Mirin, 2 tbsp Sesame Oil, 2 1tsp 1 cup water1 yellow onion, chopped.1 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlicBroccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped1 cup cauliflower, fresh choppedZucchini diced 1 cup.Yellow Squash, diced 1 cup.Pasta, cooked, 7 oz
Directions
Brown the beef for about two minutes in olive oil. Add soy sauce, Mirin, Sesame oil and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour. Set the beef and sauce aside. In olive oil, stir fry onion until clear. Add yellow squash, zuccini, broccoli and cauliflower. Cook on high heat for 2 minutes. Turn heat down to simmer, cover and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve with bow tie pasta.
