Easy Fresh Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
3 cups sliced mushrooms4 cups FF Chicken Broth1/2 large onion chopped2 TBS flourSalt/Pepper to tasteGreen Onions chopped for garnish
Directions
Cut up mushrooms and dice your onions. Spray a bit of pam in a soup pot, add onions and mushrooms, saute till onions are clear. Add the chicken broth reserving 1/2 cup for later. Simmer over low heat until mushrooms are done. Add the chicken broth to 2 TBS flour in a bowl, mix completely. Bring your soup up to a boil and add the flour mixture to thicken. Remove from heat. Use an immersion blender or blender to blend soup to a cream consistency. Serve with a bit of chopped green onion on top for garnish.
