170 grams silken tofu6 oz almond breeze almond milk1 serving of jello dark chocolate pudding (sugar free)1 tsp flax seed
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blen at low speed for one minute. Add whipped cream on top for a more appealing smoothie.
