Low Carb Fruit 'pudding'

Ingredients
1 can - Coconut milk unsweetened1.67 Cup - Heavy whipping cream9 TBSP Chia seeds1.67 Cup - Frozen berries - preferably lower carb6-8 servings stevia sweetener1.5 tsp Unsweetened Organic Vanilla Extract
Directions
Thaw and mash berries to release juice.
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Let sit for a minimum of 2 hours covered in fridge - overnight is better.
