Hearty Chicken & Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
1 can (10.75 oz.) Campbell's or Weis brand Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (98% fat free)1/2 cup nonfat milk1/4 tsp. ground black pepper1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese1 pkg. (16 0z.) Green Giant Mixed Vegetables (steams in the bag)3 Perdue Perfect Portions Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 99% fat free2 cups med. Egg Noodles (cooked & drained)1/2 cup Shredded Cracker Barrel 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. Stir soup, milk, black pepper, grated parmesan cheese, vegetables, chicken and noodles in a 1-1/2 quart casserole.

2. bvake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot. Stir.

3. Top with the cheddar cheese.

Makes 4 servings.

Make it crunchy: Omit the cheese and tope instead with 1/2 cup of French's French-Fried Onions.

Give it a twist: Use 2 cups cooked chorscrew pasta for the noodles.
