Directions
Cook beef, onion & garlic. Drain. Add tomatoes, salt, oregano, cayenne. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon half the meat in a 9 in square baking dish. Combine cottage cheese, parmesan, egg, parsley, onion powder. Spread 1/4 cup on each noodle. Carefully rollup and place on top of meat in dish seam side down. Top with remaining sauce & mozzarella. Cover and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes b4 serving.
