4 chicken breasts15oz. can black beans15oz. can corn1 large jar of salsa (I use medium, but pick what level of spiciness you want)3 TBSP Taco Seasoning (or 1 packet Taco Seasoning)Plus tortillas, mixed greens, and any hot sauce you want
Drain corn and beans. Mix Salsa, corn, beans, and seasoning mix together and pour over Chicken in Freezer Bag.
Freeze for up to 6 months. Cook on low for 8 hours. Can cook from frozen.
