pumpkin cream cheese ice cream

Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese (or a little more)1/2 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt1 cup unsweetened almond milk5 Stevia or sweetener of choice to taste1/2 cup Pumpkin (canned) (or a little more)1 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice2 oz fat free cream cheese1/3 cup fat free greek vanilla yogurt2 tbsp torani sugar free pumpkin syrup (or caramel/cinnamon/cheesecake)1 tbsp plain fat free greek yogurt1 reduced fat graham cracker (optional)optional:1/8 cup skim milk1/8 cup almond milk1.5 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix1/8-1/4 cup mashed bananawhipped cream
Directions
1. blend cottage cheese until almost smooth (or to preference)

2. add next 5 ingredients (up to pumpkin spice) and blend until smooth

3. pour into ice cream maker and churn for about 10-15 minutes

4. combine cream cheese, vanilla yogurt, torani, and plain greek yogurt in blender and pulse until smooth

5. pour additional mixture into ice cream maker and churn for 10-15 more minutes

optional: add 1 crushed graham cracker to ice cream maker 5 minutes before finished
