1lb. ground turkey1 large onion,chopped2 cloves garlic, mined4 pieces celery, chopped2 cans (16oz) Bush's Chili beans, undrained2 cups water1 tsp chili powder (or to taste)1/2 cup ketchup1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
In large skillet, cook turkey until lightly browned. Push to one side of pan. Add onion, garlic, and celery. Cook until soft. Drain excess fat. Mix in remaining ingredients. Mix well, simmer 30-45 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
