Ingredients
Wheat flour strong-680 gramm-2488 kcalSalt 14 gramsYeast 7 grams-22 kcalWater, tab- 454 grams-0 kcal
Directions
Just mixed all ingredients together, and put in refrigerator for overnight. In the morning I degases the dough, and made 8 balls per 120 grams each. Baked in the oven for 20 minutes until golden crisp color. Cool down for 40 minutes and serve. Whole bread weight 984 grams. I don't now how to measure in cups..-( Just measure by balls. I ball about 120 grams.
