Litely Baked Fish

Ingredients
4- 8oz. fish filets (reccommend cod, haddock, orange roughy or whiting)2 Tbsp oleo2 Tbsp olive oil1 cup sliced mushrooms2 cloves, minced garlic1/4 cup Italian flavored bread crumbsPAM spray (or equivalent)Optional-herbs- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, 1 Tbsp. Dill, 1 Tbsp. Paprika ( Stir in with the bread crumbs)
Directions
In medium skillet, heat oleo and olive oil. Add mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes. Add garlic, simmer 2 more minutes. Stir in bread crumbs till blended.
In large baking dish, place fish filets. Cover fish with bread crumb mixture. Place in 350F degree and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
