Tomato Gravy

Ingredients
Crushed Tomatoes, 122 grams Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Flour,(any kind) .25 cupRice Dream soy milk, .25 cup filtered water, as needed
Directions
Heat butter in a pan; whisking flour in after butter is melted. Add milk, salt & pepper, cintinuing to whisk slowly. Add water if necessary to thin gravy a bit. Serve over fresh biscuits, toast or noodles.
