Feta & Veggie Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped mushroom1/4 cup chopped tomato1 oz feta crumbles1 large whole egg4 large egg whites1 tbsp E.V. Olive Oil
Directions
1. Chop onion, mushrooms & tomatoes
2. Saute onion and mushroom in olive oil.
3. Scramble eggs in bowl with wire whisk
4. Add eggs to saute mix and cook on med-low heat.
5. When eggs are near to done, sprinkle tomatoes and feta on top.
