Apple Strudle Muffins

2 cups whole grain flour10 gram (2 teaspoon) baking powder1 dash salt1/4 cup (12 tsp) Butter buds Sprinkles Butter Flavor Granules1 cup (240 grams/48 tsp) Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking2 large (3 small) eggs1.5 tsp (8 gram) vanilla extract)1.5 cup (360 gram) fresh apples, choppedfor Strudel-Topping:0.25 (60 gram/12 tsp) Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1tbsp (15 gram) whole grain flour1/8 tsp (1 gram) ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)and grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, beat together butter, splenda and eggs until smooth. Mix in vanilla. Stir in apples, and gradually blend in the flour mixture. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin pan.
Now mix the splenda brown, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is like coarse crumbs and sprinkle over the tops in the muffin pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick in the center of the muffins comes out clean. Cool off.
Serving Size: makes 12 muffins (one muffin baking pan)
