Ingredients
2 cups large or 1 cup medium red grapes1 cup Kale, raw chopped1 cup sprouts1/2 cup unfiltered apple cider1 T chia seeds1 T cold milled ground flax seed1 t. cinnamon8 to 12 ice cubes
Directions
add all ingredients except ice to blender container. Blend until smooth. Add ice and blend. Great way to power your day!
