Ingredients
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin3/4 cups sugar1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp ground cloves3 beaten eggs1 1/4 cups milk2/3 cup evaporated milk1-recipe PIE CRUST (PASTRY DOUGH)-ALL BUTTER WITH ALMOND FLOUR
Directions
Make 1 recipe of PIE CRUST (PASTRY DOUGH)-ALL BUTTER WITH ALMOND FLOUR (located in the Sparks recipe bank). Set aside to chill in refrigerator while preparing the filling
In a stand mixer bowl, combine Pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
Beat in eggs, milk and evaporated milk until well combined.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or unitl knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting.
