Grain Free Banana Blueberry Muffins

I banana, mashed. (a cupful, more or less)6 large eggs, beaten2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 c. Almond Milk4 T. coconut flour4 T. milled flax seed2 T. almond meal/flour2 tsp baking powder2 tsp. cinnamon2 oz walnuts, chopped1 cup blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
Beat eggs and banana together with milk and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients and add to egg mixture, gradually. Beat well.
Stir in walnuts and blueberries.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until tops begin to brown.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins.
