2 whole medium size bananas.5 cup grapefruit juice (fresh preferably)1.5 cup orange juice (fresh preferably).5 cup pinapplel (fresh preferably)Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.May freeze for a delightful dessert.

Makes approxiamately three 8oz servings
you may substitute any kind of fruit you like, for instance strawberrries for pinapple, just be sure to keep the amout of juice close to origional recipe, so it doesn't get too goopy in your blender.
