Salmon Patties

Ingredients
3 cans skinless boneless salmon-drained3 eggs15 saltine squaresSmash it all together. If too wet add more crackers (don't forget to increase the calories)Form into patties
Directions
Put olive oil into pan and heat to medium temp. When a piece of the mixture sizzles, it's ready.
Place patties into pan. In about 3 minutes the patties should be browned on one side, turn patties over. About 2 minutes, they should be done.
Remove when both sides are browned to a paper towel to drain.
