Champorado

Ingredients
1 cup milagkit (Thai sticky rice)2 1/2 cups skim milk (or water)1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 cup granulated sugar (more or less to taste)1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Cook the rice in the milk in a medium-size saucepan. Cook at a simmer and stir constantly. When the rice is transparent and cooked through (should be thick), add the rest of the ingredients. Once combined, turn off heat and serve.
