Paleo Power AHmazing Pumpkin-Cran Nut Muffins

Ingredients
Almond flour, 1.25 cup salt, 1/4 t Baking Soda, 1/2 t Cinnamon,1 t Freshly ground nutmeg, 1/4 t Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 t Eggs, fresh, 3 large Walnut oil 1/4 c Apple juice "Fresh taste" Simply Apple,1/4 c Kirkland Sunsweet Pitted Dried Plums 10 plums Pumpkin, canned, 1/2 c Cranberries (fresh), 1 c diced Walnuts, 1 c chopped
Directions
Blended oil, eggs, juice and plums in blender.
Stir in pumpkin, diced cranberries, nuts
I added salt and spice and then slowly added the flour to make "muffin" consistency.
The plums give the sweetness, the cranberry a bite of tart. The nuts make them very substantial.
