Ingredients
Directions
1 cup flax meal1 cup water1/2 cup nutritional yeast1/4 cup sunflower seeds1/4 cup pumpkin seeds1/4 cup hemp seeds2 tsp. Braggs liquid aminos4-5 chopped sundried tomatoes (not packed in oil)
In a bowl, combine the flax seed and water. Let sit for a few moments. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place Teflex sheets or parchment paper on the dehydrator trays and spread cracker "dough" smoothly and evenly on the trays. This will take some patience as the dough will be quite sticky. Wetting your fingers helps. Dehydrate at 115 for 24-36 hours, depending on how thickly you spread the dough and how crunchy you want the crackers.
